Spurs @ Nuggets: Denver, San Antonio square off in Game 7
Spurs @ Nuggets NBA odds spreads and predictions
Denver is looking to advance to the second round for the first time since 2009.
The San Antonio Spurs were on a mission to avoid elimination on Thursday night and played lights out, forcing a Game 7 with a 120-103 win over the Denver Nuggets.
San Antonio couldn't miss shooting 57 percent from the field as a team and over 40 percent from three-point range.
LaMarcus Aldridge matched Denver's big man Nikola Jokic stride for stride with a team-leading double-double of 26 points and 10 rebounds.
DeMar DeRozan was locked in for arguably his best outing of the series shooting 12-of-16 from the field for 25 points, with seven rebounds and seven assists.
Rudy Gay snapped out of his funk contributing 19 points off the bench on 7-of-11 shooting, including three-for-three from three-point range.

The Denver Nuggets brought the game to as close three points late in the third quarter, but couldn't slow down the Spurs down the stretch despite a monster game for Jokic.
Jokic set the tone for Denver with 43 points and a near triple-double totaling 12 rebounds and nine assists.
Nuggets guards Jamal Murray and Gary Harris made their presence felt yet again; Murray had 16 points and six assists, while Harris shot five-for-eight from the field for 14 points.
Spurs @ Nuggets Spread
Denver is giving San Antonio 6 points in this matchup.
Anything can happen when it comes to Game 7. With that said, I fully expect this game to be competitive throughout and come down to the wire similar to Game 1.
If Game 6 told us anything, it's that Jokic will not be able to win all by himself. He has to get support from Murray, Harris, and most importantly the bench.
The Spurs, on the other hand, seem to have a big two in Aldridge and DeRozan that look poised to carry San Antonio into the next round.
Denver is typically tough at home, however, this isn't a typical game. I like the Spurs with the points in a close game.
Take the Spurs with the points.

Where the game will be won or lost
Both teams will need all hands on deck for Game 7.
The biggest let down for Denver in Game 6 was the performance of the bench, which combined to score just 13 points; In Game 5, Denver's bench totaled 38 points.
Specifically, Will Barton was the significance under-performer. Barton went from scoring 17 points on over 60 percent shooting in Game 5 to just two points in Game 6.
Gay had a huge bounce back performance for the Spurs; after scoring 19 points in total between Game 3 and 5, Gay had 19 points in Game 6.
However, Patty Mills has still yet to get themselves going. Mills has scored double figures just once in this series, and was 3-of-12 from the field with six points in Game 6; including 0-for-7 from three-point range.
