Thunder @ Spurs Spread

The Oklahoma City Thunder are giving the Spurs 1.5 points in this matchup.

I think the Thunder will rebound in a big way after two-straight losses. Feel comfortable taking Oklahoma City on the road in this one.

Westbrook and George are two superstars in the NBA, and I believe they will carry Oklahoma City in this one.

Take the Thunder.

Thunder @ Spurs Over/Under

The over/under in this one is set at 223 total points.

My final score prediction: Oklahoma City Thunder 112, San Antonio Spurs 100.

Roll with the under in this one.

Where the game will be won or lost

The Oklahoma City Thunder are the best defensive team in the NBA. The Thunder have a 102 defensive rating, which is by far the best in the league.

Four of the five Thunder starters are top 10 in defensive win shares.

Paul George (.187), Steven Adams (.170), Russell Westbrook (.161) and Jerami Grant (.158) are four of the top 10 players in defensive win shares this season.

If the Spurs are going to come away with a home win, they will need to be efficient on the offensive end and hit their three-point shots.

Defense wins championships in sports, and I believe the Thunder are a favorite to come out of the Western Conference, and I think they will come away with this victory on Thursday night.
